for placing a classified ad in Easy Milano
Please read this carefully before submitting your classified ads for publication.
Easy Milano is a free publication for English-speakers living in Milan and the surrounding areas. Thanks to the financial support provided by paying advertisers, Easy Milano has been able to grant a circulation of 21,000 copies every month, including 7,000 plus copies downloaded online and the FREE publication that has published thousands of classified ads submitted by individuals and small businesses. Although our staff dedicates a considerable amount of energy and attention to the handling, editing and reviewing of each classified ad, due to the nature of this service, and the limited space available, Easy Milano cannot be held responsible for errors or mishandlings that may occur. Easy Milano reserves the right to not publish classified ads that it deems to be offensive to readers and/or in conflict with the editor's ethics or policy, and in such case will refund the ad(s) in full. To ensure the sustainability of the free classified ads option, the staff of Easy Milano requests that anyone who wishes to submit free classified ads in the publication refrain from abusing this service, be it in form or content.

Please note , FREE CLASSIFIED ADS must be:
- A maximum of 170 characters (300 character ads are available for a small fee).
- A maximum of 1 classified ad per category and no more than 2 ads per person/household per issue.
- No personal or friendship ads (this also applies to paid ads).
- Ads are published in 1 issue and then automatically removed. (paid classified ads may be programmed for multiple issues for up to a 1 year period at a time).

PAID CLASSIFIED ADS give access to the following features:
- Programming of multiple issues
- Framed or Bold text of the ad
- Extra Length ads (300 characters instead of 170).

Easy Milano makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the ads and advertisements that appear on its pages and invites all readers to notify us of discrepancies or problems arising from or related to the ads and advertisements in its magazine. Nonetheless, Easy Milano can not be held responsible for any direct or indirect undesired consequence(s) of the content or form of the classified ads and advertisements appearing in its magazine.

for subscription to Easy Milano
Easy Milano’s subscription service has been initiated to respond to the numerous requests by individuals and businesses who wish to receive copies of the publication. This service has been structured to be as simple, effective and affordable as possible. On the day of the official distribution date our staff mails out copies of the new issue to subscribers. To receive the next available issue, simply place your subscription order before the publication’s deadline date. This will allow enough time to process your order. Subscribers may modify their delivery address at any time, by simply sending a request in writing to Easy Milano, Subscription Department. The modification to the subscription will take place in the next available issue. Delivery takes place according to the standard policy of the Italian Postal System. Easy Milano can not be held responsible for any delays in delivery or NON delivery of the package caused by the Italian Postal System, who should be contacted directly in case of dispute. Easy Milano reserves the right to redirect and/or interrupt Subscriptions at any time without refund in such cases.
